Clam Chowder” - This week, Chef Richard and Chef Vikki battle it out in the kitchen to see who can cut the fat from the West family's creamy clam chowder. The recipe has been passed down through the family and is a must have dish. It’s loaded with sodium and calories which the family would like to see at least cut in half by having it rehabbed. The family patriarch, Juan, has high cholesterol and ever since retiring from boxing, he has put on a few extra pounds. (n)
