“THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT” RATINGS HIGHLIGHTS FOR JUNE 15-19

For the week ending Friday, June 19 (week #39 of the 2019-2020 broadcast year), in live plus 3-day lift, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT averaged an audience of 2.86 million viewers taking the week by +51% over the closest competitor (versus 1.90m for abbreviated “Jimmy Kimmel Live”).

According to Nielsen “Most Current” ratings for the 2019-2020 television year to date, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT has delivered a leading 3.54 million viewers, 0.6 (tie) in adults 25-54 and 0.4 (tie) in adults 18-49, while leading in adults 18-49 viewers (544k versus 511k for NBC and 443k for ABC).

Last night, Stephen welcomed former National Security Advisor John Bolton to discuss his new book The Room Where It Happened. According to Nielsen Fast National ratings, THE LATE SHOW scored 3.06 million viewers, the show’s best Tuesday performance since March 10.

Finally, for last week, THE LATE SHOW was #1 in views of current content on YouTube. All four of Stephen’s monologues for the week netted over 2 million views, with Thursday’s monologue, focused on John Bolton’s new book, drawing 3.2 million views. (Source: Tubular Labs)
