“THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT” RATINGS HIGHLIGHTS FOR JUNE 22-26

For the week ending Friday, June 26 (week #40 of the 2019-2020 broadcast year), in live plus three-day lift, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT averaged an audience of 3.35 million viewers taking the week by +104% over the closest competitor (versus 1.64m for “The Tonight Show”).

According to Nielsen “Most Current” ratings for the 2019-2020 television year to date, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT has delivered a leading 3.53 million viewers, 0.6 (tie) in adults 25-54 and 0.4 (tie) in adults 18-49, while leading in adults 18-49 viewers (542k versus 507k for NBC and 440k for ABC).

Most impressively, when Stephen welcomed former National Security Advisor John Bolton to discuss his new book The Room Where It Happened on Tuesday, June 23, THE LATE SHOW scored 4.04 million viewers, the show’s best Tuesday performance since January 14, 2020, according to Nielsen live plus three-day ratings.

Finally, for last week, all four of Colbert’s monologues amassed over 2 million views on YouTube, with his Monday, June 22 monologue drawing 3.4 million views. In addition, Colbert’s Tuesday night interview of Former National Security Advisor John Bolton netted 5.1 million total views on the platform. (Source: Tubular Labs)
