“Club Med” – Xavier Mufraggi, president and CEO, Club Med, Europe, Africa and the Middle East*, is “shaken” when he has trouble keeping up with drink orders while behind the bar, and he “has a lot of baggage” while trying to keep his cover on a busy arrival day at the resort, on UNDERCOVER BOSS, Friday, Oct. 16 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Each week, a different leader will sacrifice the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their operation.
