"Call of Silence" -- Gibbs and his team must clear the name of an elderly Marine who confesses to murdering his best friend nearly 60 years ago, on NAVY NCIS, Tuesday, Nov. 23 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Tom Wright directed the episode from a script by Roger Director.

An elderly Medal of Honor recipient, Ernie Yost (guest star Charles Durning), shows up at NCIS headquarters and confesses to murdering his best friend during a battle at Iwo Jima almost 60 years ago. Gibbs' gut tells him there is more to the story and, with the help of his team who are captivated by the warmth of the honored veteran, they work to solve the mystery and keep Yost from going to prison and losing his Medal of Honor.
