CLOSES IN ON SEASON CROWN IN VIEWERS AND DEMOS
WHILE WINNING EVERY FIRST-RUN WEEK THIS SEASON
During week #33 of the 2018 – 2019 broadcast season, THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT (3.38m) beat both “The Tonight Show” (2.22m) and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (1.73m) according to Nielsen live plus three-day ratings for the week ending Friday, May 10. With three-day lift, THE LATE SHOW improved its advantage over “Tonight” to +1.16 million viewers after leading by +750,000 with same day viewers.
Season-to-date, THE LATE SHOW (3.81m) leads “The Tonight Show” (2.44m) and “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (2.05m) by more than +1.3 million viewers. THE LATE SHOW continues to beat “Tonight” in both adults 25-54 audience (929k vs. 899k) and adults 18-49 audience (678k versus 662k).
