Lucas Till has established himself as one of Hollywood’s most promising young leading men by starring in one of the most popular film series of the decade. Prior to MACGYVER, he was perhaps best known for his role as Havok in the “X-Men” franchise, starring alongside James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender in “X-Men: First Class,” “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and “X-Men: Apocalypse.”
Till’s work in “X-Men” helped him land the lead role in “Monster Trucks,” which was released in January 2017 and helmed by Academy Award-winning director and founder of Blue Sky Studios Chris Wedge. The film stars Rob Lowe, Danny Glover and Jane Levy. Also, Till starred in director D.J. Caruso’s psychological thriller, “The Disappointments Room,” opposite Kate Beckinsale.
Recently, he starred in the feature film “Son of the South,” written and directed by Academy Award winner Barry Alexander Brown and produced by Spike Lee. Lucy Hale and Cedric the Entertainer star alongside Till in this true story set during the Civil Rights movement in Montgomery, Ala.
Till grew up outside Atlanta and currently resides in Los Angeles. His birthday is August 10. Follow him on Twitter and Instagram @LucasTill.
