According to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Sunday, April 19 (week 30 of the 2019-2020 broadcast season), CBS attracted 6.52 million viewers (#1). The CBS EVENING NEWS WITH NORAH O’DONNELL amassed an audience of 7.720 million viewers with 1.523 million of them adults 25-54 for the week. Based on the gross audience reach (including a 4:00 AM re-air), the CBS EVENING NEWS is up +33% in viewers and up +38% with adults 25-54 compared to the same week a year ago.
