100% of “The Late Show’s” Profits Will Benefit

THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT’s “Shutdown Mug” is now available for purchase at www.colbertlateshow.com/shutdownmug. 100% of THE LATE SHOW’s profits will go directly to Chef José Andrés’ nonprofit organization, World Central Kitchen, which is providing free meals to federal workers and their families during the government shutdown. Stephen Colbert announced the sale of the mugs, which read “Don’t Even Talk To Me Until I’ve Had My Paycheck,” during last night’s episode of THE LATE SHOW.
World Central Kitchen’s #ChefsForFeds, the Washington, D.C.-based emergency kitchen and café for federal workers who have been affected by the government shutdown, has been offering free meals for dine-in and to-go since Wednesday, Jan. 16. World Central Kitchen, started by Chef José Andrés, is a nonprofit organization that, in the past year alone, has served over five million meals to those affected by natural disasters and humanitarian crises.
