WHO/WHAT: LL COOL J, the multiplatinum GRAMMY Award-winning artist and star of CBS’s hit drama series NCIS: LOS ANGELES, will demo the new Liquid MyConnect Studio app from Boomdizzle on the CNET stage at the 2013 International CES. A truly unique app envisioned by LL COOL J, it allows musicians around the world to collaborate in real-time on a mobile device. To demonstrate its power, LL COOL J will record a song live from the CES show floor with his engineer based in a separate location.

WHEN: 4:30 PM, PT on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2012

WHERE: In-person at the CNET Stage located in South Hall 3, upper-level lobby or via live stream at cnet.com/live.

WHY: LL COOL J will demonstrate the new Liquid MyConnect Studio app from Boomdizzle. The new Liquid MyConnect Studio app is the world’s first-ever real-time music collaboration tool for a mobile device, and builds upon Boomdizzle’s promise of servicing the next generation of great artists.

“Until now, musicians have never had the ability to collaborate and record music in real-time on a mobile device,” said LL COOL J. “The new Liquid MyConnect Studio app from Boomdizzle makes it easy for the next generation of great artists to come together, regardless of geography, and create the next big project on their mobile device.”

The new Liquid MyConnect Studio app will be available in the early spring on any Windows 8 tablet or touch device from the Microsoft Store. The app is the latest in Boomdizzle’s patented portfolio of MyConnect Studio products that are fundamentally changing the music-recording process, allowing multiple artists and musicians to record, edit and produce new music together simultaneously in real-time from anywhere in the world. MyConnect Studio products eliminate the geographical and economical barriers for musicians. In the last year alone, more than 25,000 musicians from around the world collaborated using the MyConnect Studio.
