RACHAEL RAY LAUNCHES MILESTONE 15TH SEASON THIS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14
In premiere episode, Rachael opens up about the fire at her home last month, and shares personal footage of the aftermath
Wednesday, September 9, 2020 – CBS Television Distribution’s Emmy-award winning daytime talk show RACHAEL RAY returns for its milestone 15th season this Monday, September 14, 2020. In Monday’s premiere episode, Rachael opens up about the fire that destroyed her upstate New York home last month, sharing personal footage of the aftermath and discussing fire safety with a first responder who was on the scene.
Denis Leary also joins Rachael during the hour; since 2017, she has served on the board of his Leary Firefighters Foundation, which provides grants to fund training and equipment for fire departments across the country. They have an open conversation about the realities of fire danger, and how viewers can support first responders in their communities.
To close out Monday’s show, Rachael sings with her husband, John Cusimano, and his band, The Cringe, on their cover of Eddie Vedder’s “Without You.”
Coming off a successful run of episodes shot at Rachael’s home this spring, the show will begin the season by continuing to shoot from her upstate New York property. Following the fire at her main house, she will host from the kitchen of her guest home.

Thursday, September 17 – Kate Hudson gives Rachael a tour of her home kitchen and shares favorite memories from the set of “Almost Famous.”
Friday, September 18 – Rachael cooks up a spicy pasta dinner, John mixes up a fall-inspired cocktail, and they chat with their friend Al Roker.
Monday, September 21 – Chefs Guy Fieri, Andrew Zimmern, and Curtis Stone join Rachael for an hour full of recipes and cooking tips. In partnership with Capital One, each tip will translate to a donation to restaurant relief organizations, helping those in the hospitality industry who have been financially impacted by Covid-19.
