New York, NY - September 25th, 2008 - Amber Frey, the former mistress of Scott Peterson, speaks with INSIDE EDITION about her house facing foreclosure.

Three years ago, as she tried to put the Peterson nightmare behind her, the spa owner bought a two-story traditional house in Northern California for $539,000. Frey, who took out an adjustable rate mortgage, saw her payments soar to $1,600 a month.  Frey is now more than $20,000 behind on those payments.

Following are excerpted quotes from this exclusive interview scheduled to broadcast on INSIDE EDITION.  Credit must be given to INSIDE EDITION.

Frey: "I know I don't walk in this alone....I know there are millions of other people in the same shoes."

Frey, whose home was put up for auction on Wednesday for $306,000, tells INSIDE EDITION the decision came down to keeping her business or her home.

Frey: "It came down to either I keep my business or I keep my home...My choice was to keep my business because that's what is ultimately going to put food on my table."

Frey, whose auction did not receive a single buyer and now awaits the banks next move, tells Inside Edition she gets upset when people assume she had enough money from her book and appearances.

Frey:  "I have a family. I have a business.  You know, it takes resources to be able to live."
