ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT EXCLUSIVE: CHARLIE SHEEN'S NEW BOMBSHELL INTERVIEW

You'll never guess who's back to work! Charlie Sheen channels Dr. Strangelove in a new promo for his upcoming Comedy Central roast, and only ET's Chris Jacobs was invited to the set to get Charlie's first in-depth interview since his public meltdown. Winning!

--On how it feels to be back to work: "Oh yeah, I've got my work brain back in my head," Charlie tells Chris. "Welcome back work brain, I missed you."

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane will serve as roast master for the Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen, premiering Monday, September 19, and Charlie says he's ready for the onslaught.

--On being the subject of a roast: "It's not like you can take any of it personally," he says. "'They insulted me!' Get over your cheap self. ... It's a celebration of who I am ...as a media figure, an industry figure, stuff like that, so that's the veneer that keeps it from being personal. I think."

So what was really behind Charlie's seemingly psychotic rants? Was it all an act -- a big practical joke pulled by a man thirsty for attention?

Tune into ET Monday night, August 15 for that answer and much more of Charlie's exclusive interview, including his words about the new Two and a Half Men with Ashton Kutcher in his place!
