New York, NY - March 29,  2011  -- The National Headliner Awards program, one of the oldest and largest annual competition recognizing journalistic merit in the communications industry, has honored INSIDE EDITION with a 2011,1^st place and a 3^rd place  award in two of its television categories.

INSIDE EDITION'S investigative unit, the I-Squad, won 1^st place in the Investigative category for its report "Duct Cleaning Investigation."   Lisa Guerrero, the chief correspondent for the I-Squad, was the reporter for this story.  Producers for the report were Larry Posner and Joe Enoch.   NBC News and CNN's 360 with Anderson Cooper placed 2^nd and 3^rd, respectively.

The I-Squad also placed 3^rd in the Business and Consumer Affairs reporting for its report "Bankers Life and Casualty Investigation."  Matt Meagher was the correspondent for the report.  Cindy Galli and Charlie McLravy were the producers. 

Bob Read is the Senior Producer for both winning reports.   INSIDE EDITION is the highest rated and most honored syndicated news magazine.
