Senior Executive Producer
With more than 20 years of experience, Janet Annino became the Executive Producer of Rachael Ray in 2006, and now serves as Senior Executive Producer. Under her leadership, Rachael Ray won the 2019 Daytime Emmy® for Outstanding Informative Talk Show, in addition to winning back-to-back Daytime Emmys® in 2008 and 2009 for Outstanding Talk Show – Entertainment.
Prior to joining Rachael Ray, Annino spent 18 years at the entertainment newsmagazine, Entertainment Tonight (ET). Joining ET as Assistant Director in 1988, Annino moved up the ranks to Field Director, Supervising Producer, Senior Producer, and finally Co-Executive Producer in 2004.
Throughout her tenure at ET, Annino played a valuable role in the franchise’s expansion. In 2001, she created the pilot for Hot Ticket, the popular weekend movie review show hosted by veteran film critic and historian, Leonard Maltin. Then, in 2003, she produced the pilot, Cojo, a one-hour talk show featuring celebrity fashion, interviews and pop culture trends - hosted by style maven Steven Cojocaru.
During the 2004-2005 season, Annino produced two highly rated CBS primetime television specials: Red Carpet Confidential, which revealed celebs’ ultimate beauty and style secrets, and An Entertainment Tonight Event: Celebrity Weddings Unveiled, which celebrated the immaculate weddings and vow renewals of Hollywood’s stars.
Annino lives in New York City with her husband, Frank, and daughter, Claire.
