RACHAEL RAY TOPS "Q SCORE" LIST

Study rates her #1 among the most appealing personalities in entertainment

New York, NY, October 11, 2006 - Rachael Ray, host of the new, daily, syndicated talk show Rachael Ray and host of several Food Network shows, was #1 on the latest Q Score list as one of the most appealing personalities in entertainment.

Q Scores measure the likeability of more than 1,700 performers and personalities by surveying 1,800 kids, teen-agers and adults.

Ray had the top Q Score in the category of Hosts, Moderators, Announcers, Radio/TV Commentators, Radio Disc Jockeys/Video Jockeys, beating out such well-known names as Dick Clark, Ellen DeGeneres and Jay Leno. She also had the highest score in the Chefs category.

Research firm Marketing Evaluations, Inc., conducts Q Score studies twice a year in January and July. Q Scores have become the industry standard for measuring familiarity and appeal of performers, characters, sports and sports personalities, broadcast and cable programs as well as company brand names.

Rachael Ray debuted September 18 as the highest-rated syndicated talk show since "Dr. Phil's" premiere in 2002. The daily strip airs on 180 stations nationwide, representing 97% of the United States.
