BROADCAST CLOSES FEBRUARY 2010 WITH YEAR-TO-YEAR PERCENTAGE INCREASES

On February 28, 2010, CBS News' SUNDAY MORNING was the #1 Sunday morning news program posting a 3.6/10 with 5.10m viewers and 1.6/08 in adults 25-54 according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.  Marking the end of February 2010 sweeps, SUNDAY MORNING was up +6% in households (3.7/10 from 3.5/10), +3% in viewers (5.28m from 5.11m) and +7% in adults 25-54 (1.6/08 from 1.5/08) compared to last February. Season-to-date, SUNDAY MORNING is up +3% in households (3.6/10 from 3.5/10) and +1% in viewers (5.15m from 5.08m) compared to last year. 

SUNDAY MORNING (28), anchored by Anthony Mason, presented its annual "The Money Issue," which featured Jim Axelrod's report on the state of the middle class, Tracy Smith's profile of swimsuit model-turned-business mogul Kathy Ireland and Martha Teichner's examination of automaker Hyundai's success.

SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET/check local listings) on the CBS Television Network.  Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
