MARCH 7 BROADCAST POSTS +12% INCREASE IN VIEWERS COMPARED TO SAME DAY LAST YEAR

On March 7, 2010, CBS News' SUNDAY MORNING was the #1 Sunday morning news program posting a 3.5/10 with 5.06m viewers and a 1.4/07 in adults 25-54 according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings.  Compared to the same day last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +9% in households (from 3.2/11), +12% in viewers (from 4.52m) and even in adults 25-54. Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING is up +3% in households (3.6/10 from 3.5/10) and +2% in viewers (5.15m from 5.06m).

SUNDAY MORNING (7), anchored by Charles Osgood, featured Lara Logan's interview with actor, Sean Penn and Bill Whitaker's report on the next generation of 3D entertainment.

SUNDAY MORNING is broadcast Sundays (9:00-10:30 AM, ET/check local listings) on the CBS Television Network.  Rand Morrison is the executive producer.
