Millennials and their Work Ethic - An examination and implications of a new Pew Research Center study that finds the Millennial Generation -- about 50 million people between 18 and 29 years old -- is the only age group in the nation that doesn't choose "work ethic" as a trait to define themselves.  Instead, 24% cited "technology use," 11% said "pop music/culture" and 7% said "liberal/tolerant."  Only 5% said "work ethic" -- the same percentage who chose "clothes."  Both Mark Bauerlein, author of "The Dumbest Generation" and Sue Morem, author of "101 Tips for Graduates" share their thoughts.
