CHARLIE ROSE TO INTERVIEW FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON ON MONDAY

Excerpts of the Interview Will Air on “CBS This Morning” Tuesday, Sept. 13

Charlie Rose, anchor of CBS THIS MORNING and CHARLIE ROSE, will sit down with Former President Bill Clinton, on Monday, Sept. 12, in New York for a rare in-depth interview that will be broadcast across all CBS News and PBS platforms.

A preview will be broadcast tonight on CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY (6:30-7:00 PM, ET). The full interview will air on CHARLIE ROSE on PBS stations the same evening at 11:00 PM, ET (check local listings). It will also be featured on Tuesday, Sept. 13, on CBS THIS MORNING (7:00-9:00 AM, ET) on the CBS Television Network.

The interview will be conducted in New York City. Rose is expected to talk with Clinton about the foundation ahead of its final CGI conference; his legacy; Hillary Clinton’s campaign for president; current issues impacting the country; their Republican rivals; and more.

The broadcast has posted year-over-year audience increases for 47 consecutive months.
