60 MINUTES

  • Finished as the #1 primetime broadcast in viewers on Sunday, May 8, and took the #2 spot in viewers and adults 18+ for the week. (Press Release) (Watch 60 MINUTES)

  • This is the 17th time this season the show has made the top 5 in viewers and the 25th time it has made the top 10 program out of 26 airings.

  • Delivered 7.11 million viewers, 7.02 million in adults 18+ with 1.01 million of them adults 25-54

  • Has been television’s #1 primetime broadcast in viewers six times this season.

CBS SUNDAY MORNING

  • Marked its 613th consecutive week as America’s #1 Sunday morning news program, on Sunday, May 8 (regular titles only). (Watch CBS SUNDAY MORNING).

  • Delivered 4.9 million viewers, with 802,000 of them in the adults 25-54 demographic.

  • Season-to-date, holds 50% of the three-network morning audience.

FACE THE NATION with MARGARET BRENNAN

  • Was the #1 Sunday morning public affairs show on Sunday, May 8. (Press Release) (Watch FACE THE NATION)

  • Has ranked #1 for 31 of 33 weeks this season and for the last 10 consecutive weeks.

  • Delivered 2.6 million viewers, with 443,000 in adults 25-54, for the week.

  • Season-to-date, is the #1 Sunday morning public affairs show in viewers for the second consecutive year (leading NBC by +379,000 viewers) and is leading NBC for the first time in seven years in the women 25-54 demographic.

CBS MORNINGS

  • Had its best audience in the adults 25-54 demo in five weeks, up +15% from the previous week, the most of any morning program. (Watch CBS MORNINGS)

  • Delivered 2.4 million viewers, with 547,000 of them in the adults 25-54 demo and 341,000 among women 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Friday, May 6.

  • For the season, has cut into NBC and ABC’s leads in the adults 25-54 demo by 13% and 8%, respectively, vs. last year.

  • Delivering the tightest gaps in adults and women 25-54 for a season ever (since at least 1991) vs. NBC and ABC.

CBS EVENING NEWS with NORAH O’DONNELL

  • Delivered 4.6 million viewers and 759,000 adults 25-54 the week ending Friday, May 6. (Watch the CBS EVENING NEWS)

  • Grew viewers in the demo week-to-week +8% while ABC fell -4%.

  • Is delivering the tightest demo gap this season with NBC in 27 years (since 1994/95) and with ABC since 2018/19.

  • Is closing the demo gap with NBC by 13% and ABC by 12%, compared to last year.

  • CBS has closed the gap in viewers by 7% with ABC

CBS SATURDAY MORNING

  • Delivered 1.8 million viewers, with 328,000 of them in the adults 25-54 demo, on Saturday, May 7. (Watch CBS SATURDAY MORNING)

  • Grew viewers and the demo week-to-week (+11% and +10% respectively), while ABC fell across demos.

  • Has closed the viewer gap with ABC by 12% and with NBC by 14%.

  • Has closed the gap in the adults 25-54 demo with ABC by 12% and with NBC by 15%.

  • Is delivering the tightest gaps in the demo this season with NBC and ABC ever, dating to the “Early Show” days in 1997-1998.

  • Is delivering the tightest gap among viewers with NBC ever (since 1997-1998) and with ABC since 2006-2007.
