“60 MINUTES” MAKES THE TOP 10 IN VIEWERS AND KEY DEMOS

THE CBS NEWSMAGAZINE WAS SUNDAY’S #1 NON-SPORTS PROGRAM IN VIEWERS

60 MINUTES finished the week in the top 10, drawing 10.30 million viewers, 4.0/13 in adults 18+ and 1.9/09 in adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Sunday, Dec. 5. 60 MINUTES was the week’s #5 primetime broadcast in both viewers and adults 18+ and #8 in adults 25-54. 60 MINUTES was Sunday night’s #1 non-sports program in viewers.

The broadcast has ranked at #5 or higher in viewers for five out of 11 weeks this season. 60 MINUTES was also a top 10 broadcast 10 times of 11 weeks this season.

Sunday’s edition of 60 MINUTES featured Scott Pelley’s interview with former NSA linguist Reality Winner, her first television sit-down since she was released from prison; Lesley Stahl’s look at President Xi Jinping’s crackdown on capitalist conventions in China; and Sharyn Alfonsi’s rare look inside Gucci and interview with creative director Alessandro Michele.
