“CBS THIS MORNING” IS THE ONLY MORNING NEWS BROADCAST TO POST YEAR-TO-YEAR GAINS AMONG VIEWERS

Season-to-Date, “CBS This Morning” is Up +9% in Viewers

          CBS THIS MORNING was the only network morning news broadcast to post year-to-year gains among viewers (+6%, 3.61m from 3.41m) compared to a year ago, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Nov. 6.

        CBS THIS MORNING gained +200,000 viewers compared to the same week last year and closed the viewership gap with NBC by 320,000 viewers, and cut the deficit with ABC by 790,000 viewers.

        Season-to-date, CBS THIS MORNING is up +9% in viewers (3.41m from 3.12m) and even in adults 25-54 (0.8/07) compared to last year.


CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY

CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY was the only Saturday morning network newscasts to post year-to-year increases in adults 25-54 and viewers, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 7. The broadcast delivered 2.15m viewers (+8%, from 1.99m) and a 0.5/04 in adults 25-54 (+25%, from 0.4/03) compared to last year.  

Season-to-date, CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY is up, +10% in viewers (2.17m from 1.97m) and even in adults 25-54 (0.5/04) compared to last season.
