THE NFL ON CBS, home of Super Bowl XLIV and celebrating its Golden 50^th year broadcasting the NFL, continues its coverage of the 2010 American Football Conference Playoffs with the national broadcast of the AFC Divisional Playoff games on Saturday, Jan. 16 (8:00 PM, ET) and Sunday, Jan. 17 (4:30 PM, ET) live on the CBS Television Network.  The No. 6-seeded BALTIMORE RAVENS (10-7) visit the AFC South Champions and No. 1-seeded INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (14-2) in prime time on Saturday night, while the No. 5-seeded NEW YORK JETS (10-7) travel to play the AFC West Champions and No. 2-seeded SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (13-3). 

THE NFL ON CBS's coverage begins with THE NFL TODAY, the Network's studio show (7:30 PM, ET) and (4:00 PM, ET), respectively, live from the CBS Broadcast Center in New York City.

THE NFL TODAY's Bill Cowher looks at ways the Ravens can improve to beat the Colts in the AFC Divisional playoff game by breaking down, "What Baltimore must do to beat Indianapolis" on THE NFL TODAY on Saturday night.    

In addition, Greg Gumbel and Dan Dierdorf call the game and report live from Indianapolis with a preview of the AFC Divisional Playoff game between Baltimore and the Colts.  Jim Nantz and Phil Simms preview the Network's Sunday AFC Divisional playoff game between the New York Jets and Chargers with a report from San Diego.  Lesley Visser reports live from Minnesota with a preview of Sunday's NFC Divisional playoff game between Dallas and Minnesota.  And Sam Ryan reports from New Orleans with a post-game report from the NFC Divisional playoff game between Arizona and New Orleans.

On Sunday's NFL TODAY (4:00 PM, ET), Boomer Esiason sits down to talk with New York Jets rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez to talk about his first year in the NFL.  Sanchez is now going back home to California to take on Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers, who are on an 11-game winning streak.  Deb Gelman produces.

Nantz and Simms report live from San Diego with a preview on the AFC Divisional Playoff game between the Jets and Chargers.  Visser reports from Minnesota with a post-game report from the NFC Divisional Playoff game between Dallas and Minnesota.
