17.6 Million Viewer Average Shows Increase of 7% from Last Year

  

"THE NFL ON CBS" Earns 4% Ratings Increase for Regular-Season Plus

Wild Card Playoff Game Coverage from 2008 

 

THE NFL ON CBS averaged 17.6 million viewers for its regular-season and Wild Card game coverage of the American Football Conference through 18 weeks, which is the highest number of average viewers at this point in the season for any network's coverage of the AFC in 23 years. 

 

The 17.6 million viewers also was an increase of 7% from last year's 16.4 million viewers.

 

            Overall for the Network's 2009-10 NFL season and Wild Card game coverage, THE NFL ON CBS earned an average national household rating/share of 10.6/22, up 4% from last year's 10.2/21.
