CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR presents MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS on Sunday, April 18 (2:00-3:00 PM, ET; taped 4/17), from the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, Mo.  Rookie Ryan Dungey sits atop the Monster Energy AMA Supercross point standings and looks to extend his lead as the series rolls into St. Louis.  Challenging him is Ryan Villopoto, who after a win in Houston last week trails by only 12 points.  Both will join a field of talented riders including Josh Hill and Kevin Windham racing for a victory.  Ralph Sheheen, Jeff Emig and Erin Bates call the action for CBS Sports.  CBS Sports' John Paquet serves as coordinating producer.
