Regional Game Highlighted by Pittsburgh-Tennessee is CBS’ Most-Watched in Month of October in Four Years

THE NFL ON CBS’ Week 7 doubleheader coverage on Sunday, Oct. 25 scored in viewership with increases in both the regional 1:00 PM, ET and national 4:25 PM, ET game windows. The early games were highlighted by Pittsburgh-Tennessee and the late games by San Francisco-New England.

 

● Viewership for the regional window is up +20%, averaging 14.528 million viewers versus the comparable doubleheader week last year (12.157 million on 10/27/19) and is CBS’ most-watched regional window in the month of October in four years (10/9/16; 15.212 million).

 

● Viewership for the national window is up +8%, averaging 22.896 million viewers versus the comparable doubleheader week last year (21.126 million on 10/27/19) and is the most-watched program of the week on television.

 

CBS All Access, featuring live streaming coverage of all NFL ON CBS games, has delivered strong viewership through the first seven weeks of the NFL season with triple-digit year-over-year growth in streams. CBS All Access viewership also is included in Nielsen television ratings.
