CBS SPORTS/NICKELODEON PLAYOFF COVERAGE LEAD NETWORK’S

EMMY AWARDS WINS

Nate Burleson headlined CBS Sports’ five Sports Emmy Award wins as he won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Sports Personality/Studio Analyst, while CBS Sports’ technical team won for Outstanding Technical Team Event for the second consecutive year in that category at the 42^nd Annual Sports Emmy Awards last night.

CBS Sports also won Sports Emmy Awards for its coverage of Super Bowl LV (Outstanding Technical Team Event and Outstanding Open/Tease) and its combined coverage with Nickelodeon of the NFC Wild Card Game – Chicago vs. New Orleans (Outstanding Playoff Coverage and Outstanding Live Graphic Design).

In addition, this year’s win for Outstanding Playoff Coverage marked the second consecutive year CBS Sports won the Emmy Award in that category as well.
