“THE NFL ON CBS” SCORES IN WEEK 9 VIEWERSHIP WITH +7% INCREASE AND MOST-WATCHED TELECAST OF DAY
CBS SPORTS’ NFL SEASON-TO-DATE VIEWERSHIP OFF TO BEST START IN
THREE YEARS, UP +6% THROUGH NINE WEEKS
CBS Sports’ Week 9 national 4:25 PM, ET game window coverage on Sunday, Nov. 3 scored with a +7% increase in viewership versus last year, and was the most-watched telecast of the day.
Sunday’s NFL ON CBS national game window coverage was watched by an average of 22.291 million viewers compared to last year’s 20.847 million (Week 10; 11/11/18). The national game window was highlighted by the Green Bay-L.A. Chargers game.
Through nine weeks of the NFL season, THE NFL ON CBS’ season-to-date viewership is its best in three years, and is up +6% with 16.640 million viewers compared to last year’s 15.721 million.
