“SEC ON CBS” SCORES WITH MOST-WATCHED GEORGIA-FLORIDA GAME IN MORE THAN 30 YEARS

Georgia-Florida Watched by an Average of 6.978 Million Viewers, Most-Watched College Football Game of the Day

Season-to-Date Viewership for “SEC on CBS” Is Best in Six Years, Up +12%

CBS Sports’ coverage of the SEC ON CBS game between Georgia and Florida on Saturday, Nov. 2 scored with an average of 6.978 million viewers and was Saturday’s most-watched college football game.

Georgia-Florida was the most-watched meeting between the teams in 32 years* and delivered a +10% increase in viewership versus last year’s game (6.372 million).

The game peaked with 8.859 million viewers from 6:45 to 7:00 PM, ET.

This is the second consecutive week the SEC ON CBS has had the most-watched game of the day (LSU-Auburn, Oct. 26, 7.175 million viewers).

Through the first 10 weeks of the college football season, the SEC ON CBS’ season-to-date viewership is the Network’s best since 2013, and is up +12% with 5.954 million viewers compared to last year’s 5.334 million.
