CBS SPORTS SCORES WITH MISSISSIPPI STATE-LSU AS COLLEGE FOOTBALL’S MOST-WATCHED GAME OF SEASON ON ANY NETWORK
“SEC ON CBS” Delivered 4.442 Million Viewers, Up +23% vs. Last Year’s Comparable Game
CBS Sports’ college football Saturday showcase at 3:30 PM, ET between Mississippi State and No. 6 LSU on Sept. 26 scored with an average of 4.442 million viewers, the most-watched college football game of the season on any network.
Mississippi State-LSU delivered a +23% increase in viewership versus last year’s comparable game (3.607 million viewers, Alabama-Ole Miss, 9/28/19).
The game peaked with 6.066 million viewers from 7:15 to 7:30 PM, ET.
CBS All Access, featuring live streaming coverage of all SEC ON CBS games, delivered double-digit year-over-year growth in unique devices, streams and watch time (compared to Alabama-Ole Miss, 9/28/19).
