Andrew Catalon
Play-by-Play Announcer, NCAA Basketball, GOLF ON CBS, THE NFL ON CBS

Andrew Catalon is in his 12th year working for CBS Sports, calling NFL ON CBS, college basketball games and golf events for the network. Since 2019, he increased his golf duties on the broadcast side serving as host for select PGA TOUR events, as well as calling the 7th and 14th holes for the Network’s Masters coverage this year.


During his time at CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network, Catalon has called play-by-play for THE NFL ON CBS, the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship, college football and basketball, the Masters®, PGA Championship, the PGA TOUR, Arena Bowl, and the U.S. Open Tennis Championships.


Catalon has served as the preseason voice of the Buffalo Bills for the last six years.


In addition to his time at CBS Sports, Catalon has worked five Olympic Games for NBC (Beijing, Team Handball; Vancouver, Curling; London, Tennis; Sochi, Curling; Rio, Tennis). He also worked at Tennis Channel, SNY and in local television for over a decade in Burlington, Vt. and Albany, N.Y.


Catalon is a graduate of the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Jessica, who is a news reporter at WCBS-TV in New York. They have one son, CJ.
