After starring in “The Vampire Diaries” for eight years, Wesley played a featured role in Robert Zemeckis’ upcoming Netflix miniseries “Medal of Honor” and starred in two off-Broadway plays for which he received tremendous critical acclaim: “Cal in Camo,” in which he starred opposite David Harbour at The Rattlestick Theatre, and “Zurich” at New York Theatre Workshop.

Wesley’s film credits include Lionsgate’s “Peaceful Warrior,” festival hit “Amira & Sam,” Fox’s “Roll Bounce,” HBO’s “Shot in the Heart” and SXSW Film Festival Audience Award winner “Before I Disappear,” which he also produced. Wesley’s extensive television credits include “Fallen” opposite Bryan Cranston, “Everwood,” “American Dreams,” “Wolf Lake” and “24,” to name a few.

Wesley’s production company, Citizen Media, has sold seven TV series into development at various networks and studios.

His philanthropic work includes the Humane Society of the United States, where he was presented with the Humane Generation Award at the 2015 Annual Gala for his numerous efforts and contributions throughout the years.
