THE CIRCUS: INSIDE THE CRAZIEST POLITICAL CAMPAIGN ON EARTH resumes its fifth season this Sunday with an inside look at Joe Biden's history-making selection of Senator Kamala Harris as his running mate in the 2020 presidential race. 

Hosts John Heilemann, Alex Wagner and Mark McKinnon, along with guest contributor Jennifer Palmieri, are back on the campaign trail to explore all sides of the Biden veepstakes rollout, what it means for the Democratic Party's convention next week and the state of the race amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

• Senator Tim Kaine, the Democratic Party's previous vice presidential nominee, who talks about his 2016 experience running against the Trump campaign, as well as the attacks Biden and Harris should expect.
